Cash Specialist/ Manager ( Location: Singapore or Menlo Park, CA, US)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Administers daily banking and cash activities, i.e. timely processing payments, setting cash position, short-term borrowing/repayment, investing excess cash, wire funds, make bank deposits, review checks for proper documentation and signature, audit bank statements, open/close company bank accounts, maintain list of accounts and proper signatories, and generally field all inquiries regarding company banking activity.

2. Propose the optimal source and structure of daily fund/cash management.

3. Reconciliation of daily fund transactions and positions.

4. Follow up fund operational matters, i.e. KYC, SEC filing preparation, corporate actions.

5. Prepare daily fund report including positions and return.

6. Maintain good relationship and liaise with banks.

7. Maintains the documentation for all work related activities and updates this documentation as warranted by process and/or provider changes.

8. Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years of related working experience in fund and banking industry.

2. Highly proficient in MS office (esp. Excel) and fund portfolio manage system.

3. Expertise in fund management & administration.

4. Good verbal and written communication skills.

5. Diligent and active; Close attention to detail while multitasking; Strong stress tolerance and problem solving ability; Good teamwork.

6. Bilingual (English and Chinese).

7. Experience in multi-national company and asset management industry is a plus.

 

Analyst/Associate in TMT/Healthcare (Location: Menlo Park, CA, US)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth fundamental research and analysis on TMT or healthcare industry, including but not limited to product and technology know-how, market dynamics, competitive landscape and regulatory trends.

2. Perform technology and commercial due diligence on specific deal opportunities and prepare the investment reports.

3. Promote the knowledge sharing within the company for TMT or healthcare industry.

4. Generate potential investment and trading ideas for the public companies (Not a must, but preferable).

Qualifications:

1. Have 2-4 year experience in premium investment banks or management consulting firm.

2. Familiar with TMT or healthcare industry (preferred); or have financial services background.

3. Solid financial/modelling skills and smart with good analytical skills.

4. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

5. Fast learner and self-motivated.
