AI Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Product Feature Design: Define both short-term and long-term feature roadmaps for the company’s AI-driven enterprise product (global market), ensuring alignment with market demands and company strategy.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate closely with customers, sales, and marketing teams to gather and analyze enterprise user needs, and translate them into functional specifications and product roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that product features and implementations meet enterprise requirements.
  • User Experience Design: Prioritize user experience to ensure a clean, user-friendly interface that improves user efficiency and satisfaction. Proficiency in Figma or Cursor for demo prototyping is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to guide product decisions and continuously optimize product performance and user experience.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier (Project 985) university, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Design, or related fields.
  • Experience in one or more of the following product types: SaaS, instant messaging (IM), documentation tools, or AI Agents. A background spanning both large tech companies and startups is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices and technical stacks; up to date on current AI trends and capable of effectively communicating with engineering teams.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, able to drive progress in complex organizational structures. Basic English proficiency for internal communication and collaboration is required.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to propose unique product solutions in a highly competitive market.
