Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end AIGC audio production: Independently handle the full post-production workflow for AIGC-driven audio content, including science communication programs, scientist interview podcasts, and creative social audio formats. Responsibilities include audio editing, AI voice optimization, and sound design.
  • Scriptwriting and voice direction: Write and refine audio scripts, and guide voice style, tone, and pacing—carefully balancing scientific rigor with engaging and enjoyable listening experiences.
  • AIGC audio–driven storytelling and production design: Design narrative structures and production approaches tailored to AIGC audio technologies. Proficiently use AIGC audio tools to improve production efficiency and creative expression, ensuring strong alignment with related science videos in rhythm, emotion, and context.
  • Data-informed optimization and trend tracking: Analyze platform data and user feedback from channels such as Bilibili and Douyin, and iteratively adjust script style, narrative pacing, and episode length to expand reach among science-focused audiences. Track domestic and global science audio trends, learn from best practices, and continuously refine audio formats to improve voice naturalness and overall user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in audio engineering, sound design, digital media arts, or a related field; 3+ years of professional experience in audio production.
  • Strong familiarity with the content style and audience preferences of platforms such as Bilibili and Douyin, with a deep understanding of how audio content performs across different platforms.
  • Exceptional sensitivity to sound quality and emotional expression, with the ability to precisely distinguish tonal differences and define sound standards tailored to specific use cases.
  • Proficiency with professional audio production tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, iZotope RX), with solid skills in audio editing and sound design; ability to independently complete the full audio post-production workflow.
