Client-Side Engineer – Web Crawling & Engine Development – Shanda

Responsibilities:

Optimize web engine performance and develop client-side functionalities related to web crawling.
Design instrumentation and telemetry to analyze and optimize performance, improving page load speed and reducing resource consumption.
Develop and advance counter–anti-scraping techniques, addressing technical challenges related to common anti-crawling strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong proficiency in C++, with solid coding skills and good software design practices.
Passion for programming and continuous learning; actively follows and engages with open-source communities and industry advancements.
Experience with Chromium development is a strong plus.
