Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition (0 to 1): Identify and engage new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calling, email outreach, and social media channels.
  • Lead Qualification: Interact with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify leads, and determine product-market fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales pipelines for prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting in the CRM system.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to iterate on sales materials and narratives to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging growth opportunities.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions to help optimize product features and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university (preferably 985 or 211); overseas education or work experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in international business development, preferably in SaaS or AI sectors, with a strong understanding of scaling businesses from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in both Chinese and English; capable of delivering effective product demos and engaging in high-quality client conversations.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset, able to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment; highly adaptable and responsive to market and customer dynamics.
