Senior Golang Backend Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services that support AI models, ensuring high performance, stability, and scalability.
- Optimize backend systems to enhance AI model performance and efficiency; implement monitoring and logging to track system performance and support troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with algorithm teams to build model evaluation strategies and systems, improve training efficiency, and monitor training cluster usage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university (985 or 211 preferred), ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong engineering capabilities with at least 2 years of experience in backend development or AI engineering. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Golang or Java preferred).
- Experience integrating with algorithm teams, with a solid understanding of AI concepts. Familiar with model evaluation, scheduling, and optimization, and sensitive to the latest developments in the AI domain.
- Strong data processing and data engineering skills, capable of handling large-scale datasets.
- Familiar with container technologies and microservices architecture. Deep understanding of concurrency and hands-on experience in related areas.
- Solid technical architecture thinking, problem-solving skills, and a focus on performance, stability, and scalability—without over-engineering.
- Fast learner with strong comprehension skills, able to handle pressure and communicate effectively. Able to read English documentation fluently and quickly apply new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-performance computing, system optimization, or large-scale model development.
- Strong performance in ACM programming contests or contributions to well-known open-source projects.
