SHANDA’S 20TH ANNIVERSARY
20 years ago, Tianqiao Chen and Chrissy Luo founded Shanda Interactive Entertainment. An online game company that would blaze a unique path to success, Shanda became a company of “firsts” creating whole industries and new business models along the way.
While many consider Shanda’s 20th anniversary a celebration of the past, we think of it as the beginning of a new chapter. In 2014, Shanda became a private investment firm with offices in Hong Kong, Menlo Park, New York, Shanghai and Singapore. The company seeks out and fosters innovation that can truly change the world.
